Stephanie Strong is the Clinic Director and has over 21 years of experience. She grew up in southwest Missouri, and in 2003, she graduated from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri, with her Master of Physical Therapy degree. Stephanie traveled as a physical therapist for several years, gaining experience prior to taking a full-time position. After working in a management position, she moved back to Texas—close to her family and friends—and joined North Texas Orthopedics & Spine Center.
Stephanie has had 11 surgeries and understands what it takes to get back to an active lifestyle both mentally and physically. She has a passion for nutrition, fitness, and maintaining a healthy life. She was also a CrossFit coach, competitive runner, and CrossFitter. She had to give up Crossfit in 2020 after her 3 leg surgeries. She now competes competitively in Hyrox and Deka.
On the weekends, she can be found at the gym, hiking, running, or spending time with her family and friends and her dog Maverick.
