April earned her Bachelor of Science degree in molecular biology from Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, Texas. She then received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas.
April is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and is board-certified by the NCCPA.
