Cari is a native Texan who grew up in the Lindale area. She received her Bachelor of Science in kinesiology/exercise science from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas where she also played volleyball and softball. She then went on to receive her Master of Biomedical Sciences from the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio.
Cari has worked in orthopedics for eight years in both sports medicine and orthopedic trauma. She is board certified by the NCCPA with a certificate of added qualification in Orthopedics. She also volunteers her time as the team physician assistant alongside Dr. Eric Stehly for Byron Nelson High School and Eaton High School.
Cari currently resides in Grapevine with her husband and 3 wonderful children. She is active in her church and enjoys spending her time with family and friends and competing in triathlons.
